There are certain times where a pop-up blocker stops you using a web site, particulally where your making online payments so you need to switch them off.

I have a hidden blocker somewhere that's started to be a real pain, i have found the Yahoo one off the toolbar i downloaded, another that comes with Explorer but there's another hiding somewhere.

I've been through the start menu for ideas, also looked at add/remove programs to see there was anything obvious.

Thanks in advance.

Think about what security programs you use, make a list.
You have your web browser and you found the pop up blocker in that; then theres all the toolbars you load, thats the second level. The third level is your internet security suite.

Go to add remove software on your controle panel. Have a look and see what you have got installed. BE carefull, don't uninstall software that you use!

Often crappy pop-up blocking sofware can be downloaded while downloading other packages.
If you have any programs installed, check in the folders as it could be downlaoded as an affiliate/sponsor program.

Holding down the control key when you are trying to get a popup will allow it.
