How far/long is it to go to sydney to perth or perth to sydney either by car or plane ???

It is about 5 hours by plane. It is not advisable to attempt by car as you have to cross the Nullabor Plain which is like a desert and is basically far from all civilisation. If you breakdown there you have had it. It would take about 3 days by car. There is a trtain also that goes.

Quite a while.

About four hours by plane and it depends what sort of train you get, I think you'll find most trains heading to Perth from anywhere on the east coast will be tourism trains and will therfore travel slower or on a more scenic route.

About 5 hours by plane if I remember.
About 3 days of solid non-stop driving. About a week if you insist on eating and sleeping with no sightseeing.
About 68 hours by train.

By plane it is 4 hrs 50 minutes.

By car.....well its a long trip.

2024 miles / 3257 km so about 30 hours driving.
