Yes it is, because normally you have to pay for Cs2 which costs a couple hundred dollars. Most torrents are unfortunately illegal.

Yes it is illegal. Generally this is explained in the End User License Agreement (EULA)
Edited: Actually the downloading itself may not be illegal however the use of it without actually having payed for the license for the software most certainly is.

illegal, maybe it is because you never paid for that software. but if you dont tell people where you got it from then theres no problems. "torrent"i have used limewire to download expensive software for free and i havnt had no problems.
