2 eggs and a slice of cheese on oatbran bread. Quick and healthy too! Oh, and 4 oz of cranberry juice and 6 oz cup of regular coffee, nothing added.

Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal, the less sugar kind with a tablespoon of peanut butter stirred into it. Yum - and it keeps me full until lunch time.
