they always say they are in bathrooms watching illegals clean them or use them

You are missing alot. One of the many great Mexican habits illegals are bringing here is not flushing used toilet paper. Since that wonderful country to the south doesn't have adequate plumbing, the Mexicans are used to throwing crappy paper in a waste can or on the floor.

My group sent boxes of toilet bowl brushes to our mayor of LA. Antonio Viva La Raza. Because he said to us that his people clean our toilets.
