find infos on the internet, library(the best source), other essays, baby thesis, thesis etc.

also, if the subject matter is too broad, make an outline that would help you search for things easier.

example: Subject Matter: Speech Pathology (sorry, can't think of anything right now)

I. What is Speech Pathology?
II. Speech Rehabilitation Program
A. Pedia
1. workshops
2. articulation
B. Mature
1. articulation
2. word-formation
III. Schools that offer Speech Pathology
A. World Famous Schools
1.
2.
B. National Schools
1.
2.

Start with an internet search, make sure you find reputable sources, not blogs or personal pages. A good source is www.scholar.google.com, also look for websites that are produced by colleges, the government or reputable organizations. Remember also to do a library search for occupational handbooks and other reference material not available on the web or only avialable through web services, such as JStor etc. Use a web search that starts with your general topic, (Job ) and then the aspect you want , search line would be Nursing, pediatric for example.
