Can someone please help me step by step with starting a new account with outlook. I use Mozilla Firefox not Internet Explorer.

If you want to use Outlook for your mail client, you need to already have an email account with someone and they must support POP3, IMAP, or have an Exchange server you can access from your location.

Your browser doesnt matter.
With outlook, you need to simply setup a new account with the proper information. Now - mail servers use all kinds of different settings, so there is no way that anyone can answer that here. Logon to your email providers website. Search their site using the words "outlook pop3 setup". You should find the instructions in detail.

Which browser you use makes no difference in which email client you use.
Simply go to Tools>>Accounts and set it up.
