I highly enjoy eating almost all Italian Food. However I have found that if you eat it the day after it is made, it is much better. Especially when it comes to Lasanga, Ziti, Stuffed Shells, and any other baked pasta dish.

i love the really traditional plain italian foods like homemade pesto mixed in with fresh pasta, i love dipping italian breads in olive oil, home made pizzas are so easy to make to, using fresh spinach, mozzarella and tomatoes!! you can pretty much do anything, the trick is to keep it simple.
