it's okay for guys to check out girls,but not a demeaning way....some guys are just perverts,they wait for you to bend over, andcheck you out from the back, or when talking to you,their eyes wander towards your shirt...and i must say you feel kind of uncomfortable,if the staring becomes too much.....but there are days when you want guys to look your way because you feel attractive...for example if i go for a party and i know am dressed in an appropriate but appealing manner, i kind of want the guys to check me out.....
PS...make sure you don't scare the girl...too much looking might make the girl think there's something psycho or crazy about you...

Depends on the guy, and the girls' mood. Sometimes it's an ego booster if it's an attractive guy, but as long as the guy isn't some old pervert or with his wife/girlfriesnd it's alright. It's annoying for the guy to be all loud, lude or obvious about it! ;)

I think it depends in how you do it. A quick glass, maybe eye contact and a smile is nice. A Rude comment or an obvious pervert stare is not

Yeah girls like it when they notice that a guy is giving them attention but don't stare at a certain part of the girl's body in particular. That can go two ways. Either the girl will feel more confident about that body part or they will feel self-concious. So you can check us out just don't stare.

It depends, you see. If you're drooling, following with the eyes popping out of your head all the way until the girl is out of your sight, all the while making muttering overexcited remarks, then its annoying.
If you look for a couple of seconds, with admiring eyes, then turn away, that's flattering.
It's not a queastion of looks or age in the guy, but of style.

YES,YES, and YES!!!!!!Off course us girls or shall i say women like it ohhhh i mean love it when guys are checking us out,it makes us feel pretty and attractive and who don't wanna feel that they are hot and worth looking at!!!!!I love it when i can get a guy to check me out,why do you think us girls well some of us girls dresses so slutty and provative to get some looks and attention off course,we crave for it!!!!Just turn on your TV and you well know that sex sells and the less clothes us girls has on and the tighter they are the more attention we will recieve so YES we love it and need it to be honest!!!!

well... it depends on how you do. a little eye contact and maybe a grin or smile is ok. its nice to get one of those everyday or so. kind of confidence boost. but some guy checking you out for over a minute and saying something rude... big no.
