Call him worthless and tell him to get his **** back in the bed pronto and finish the job or you'll have to find someone else who can get the job done. After he finishes you, tell him he better never leave the bed again until you are satisfied. If it does happen again, pay him back good. If this is a common problem, DTMFA (dump the mother-f***er already); he is obviously an insensitive and inconsiderate lover, and only the extremely desperate would stay with him anyway.

I think this happens a lot from what I've read. Take the problem in your own hands and finish the job. You may ask him to finish you off with oral or his hands.
