you can do it with Macromedia flash player.
you must install a pwd to fla (or swf ) convertor too.
you import your flash file after converting then you can publish (file >publish settings) a video file and make your vcd.

often all media participant's can play .dat video record even if that's files(textual content otherwise) record then not accessible... attempt establishing it with Wordpad... if it shows some textual content in it,then it isn't video record.. else that's video record...then attempt this-> window's media participant all of em.... media participant classic VLC participant skill DVD Zing participant genuine media participant Zoom participant speedy participant even winamp can.... you could receive all of this particular from internet....

For this u must use a software "Powerpoint to vedio 1.3.0 "
or same software with latest Updates.

i think while burning ur cd with nero...use video burn option..
