Try using Crest Extra-Whitening toothpaste with a Crest Pro-Spin toothbrush (or something comparable to it). I used to have really nasty yellow teeth from years of smoking and drinking tea and now you can barely tell that I smoke by looking at my teeth. Make sure you give it some time to work; use it for at least 2 weeks before making any final judgements on it. If that doesn't work, then you will have to go to a dentist or orthodontist to have your teeth bleached.

Just like skin, each person has their own pigment to their teeth. Some people's heredity causes their teeth to have a darker pigment than others. I saw a show on NBC the other day that said those white strips are a complete waste of time and money.

Take a small cup of hydrogen peroxide and mix in some baking soda. Put the mixture on your teeth (don't swallow it) and then leave it on while you shower (about 10 minutes). Then wipe it off. That should do the trip after awhile.

yes! Crest Whitestrips are great!

Do you drink a lot of tea, coffee or soda? These things can stain your teeth. Try using a straw everytime you drink these beverages and it will help keep these fluids from your front teeth.

That is what I do!

The crest works good, but people think it cracks teeth when you eat hard candies.

DO NOT mix chemicals in your mouth!

Try using a toothpaste with baking soda in it. Baking soda breaks up stains and coloring.

To follow up on Destiny answer; they are not suppose to be Yellow, but more of a pearl-like color. If they are pearl-like color that is fine, if yellow then no. Get a new Dentist.

I would brush with baking soda and then follow it up with regular toothpaste. I think how you brush helps also.

yellow is the natural color of bone (teeth) your teeth are actually not supposed to be white. People that whiten their teeth actually weaken them...unless its really bad i wouldnt do it at all.
