Mercury is now common in several ocean fish, but tuna is the most widely distributed to the general population so the general warning is about tuna.
Mercury is bad for everyone but worse for developing fetus.
Here is the fish / mercury calculator and info on more canned fish

Yes, once or twice a week maximum. Choose tuna, NOT albacore. Albacore has a much higher mercury content than regular tuna. Mercury may cause problems w/ the developing fetus.

I ate canned tuna all the time when I was pregnant. But don't eat any raw fish when pregnant.

This may not be the greatest answer, but I read in a book about pregnancy one time that there is something in all fish that isn't good to eat often because of the child's brain development.

A couple years ago they said that pregnant women should avoid tuna overall...I dunno if this has changed. The concern is about heavy metals, and the effect they have on fetal development- potential for birth defects. There are other foods you should avoid too. Any ocean dwelling bottom feeder for one.

I would eat very little or none. Mercury has built up in the fish because of the stupid factories dumping their waste, and the mercury is definitely harmful to you, and possibly your child.
