I answered one of your previous questions about receiving a violation notice, and I caught your added detail about the problems you are experiencing. I can't help you out with IM~I don't have it, don't use it, don't want it. I DID fire off an e-mail to you. If you haven't received it by now then you've got problems of some sort. I once had mail arrive a week after it was sent, and in chatting with friends via mail we occasionally run into lengthy lag times. I have no idea how to help you out, but maybe someone in the services section has an answer for you. Good luck.
