You willl find a lot of Christian bookstores online where you can purchase a Bible just like you want it. Use yahoo search, for instance, and type "Christian Book Store", or go to Amazon.com. As far as I know, the Southern Baptist Convention has an online store where they sell Bibles at great prices.
