where can i get the top utility for windows, it's stadard in Unix/linux?

Just use Task Manager (right mouse to the bottom tool bar - select task manager)

For those people not familiar with Unix the "top" utility lists the processes taking the most amount of processor time. It provides information similar to the task manager.
