NO LEGAL FOODS SPEED UP YOUR METABOLISM. To speed up your metabolism, mix 20 minutes of aerobic exercise with 10 minutes of anaerobic execerise every day. and most of all, ENJOY IT. because if you dont, then you will quit quickly. SECOND OF ALL, eat only what you need, and not what you want. Eating is not a hobby, neither should it be fun. Work should be fun, not Eating!!!! Eating is for survival, not pleasure. Just remember those key things and you will be a fit human being in less than one year.
Food Advice:
1. Fiber cleans you out, too much = diahrrea
2. Protein is a slow burning fuel, too much = calcium removal
3. Calcium is decent, too much causes protein removal.
4. Vitamins are great but they take from days to months to have even a minor effect, and the outcome is never above normal functioning of the body.
5. Caffeine screws everything up. and makes you dependant.
6. Alcohol. Ethanol is what it is too. Used for gasoline now too. LETHAL
7. Diet pills are a nightmare. Just go to the hospital instead.
8. There are only a few kinds of tea anyway. Black, Green, and something else, everything else just has sugar and flavoring. All have caffeine naturally
9. Beware of De-Caf anything, because they usually use chemicals to neutralize the caffeine.
10. Caffeine is a diuretic, which is basically something that your body tries to get rid of, making you urinate frequently. Hence everybody says it cleans you out! (alcohol does the same)
11. Milk from other animals aint so good for you as they say. Switch to Soy Milk.
12. Stay positive. The best influence on any task is happiness in doing it.

No, in fact caffeine dehydrates you.
Eat less carbohydrates and more protein and vegetables. Carbs slow you down because they take so much energy to digest.
