for the past couple of days i have been have like pulsating but light pain in my chest right under my breast but at the top of my stomach on the left side and in my back but in the same position and sometimes light pain in my left arm but its not painful enough for me to want to go to the hospital.

This isn't the place to be getting the medical advice that you need. With your symptoms, you should be checked out by a good cardiologist.
If someone here on Yahoo answers gives you advice, you might be tempted to follow it, which could lead to all kinds of complications or death.
The person answering could be a twelve year old kid with no knowledge of medicine.
Nobody ever wants to go to the hospital ( I just got out Monday) but sometimes it's the best place to be. Don't hesitate, please.

Unfortunately there are people who ignore early signals of heart problems and end up prematurely dead.

Please please please go see someone about this. Even if the pain is very light or mild it could mean a heart problem and if you wait for the pain to get worse you will be in worse shape later. My mom had a massive heart attack and she didn't even realize what it was.
