Is it ok to give Gravol and Tylenol together?

My daughter is 2 and woke up vomiting in her crib, she has vomited 3 times since. She is running a fever of 38.8 as well. I gave her Gravol about an hour ago and am wondering if it is too soon to give Tylenol for the fever.

this is a question for your childs doctor only they can answer this. i dont know since i dont know your child or her medical history call your childs doctor
