To put pamphlets on peoples car windshields or to mail out mass mailings speaking out against issues in America?

Its a pamphlet speaking out against extremist groups such as la raza and aztlan. They are promoting extreme racism against US Citizens as well as the outright takeover and secession of a large part of our Country by using massive invasion my immigration(illegal or not) as a weapon of choice. la voz de aztlan is actively promoting this invasion and has posted a map on their website that specifically details the areas within our Nation which has been targeted for conquest.

Its legal to mail them out but you are hitting the Grey area when you start to place them on cars windshields. If they are on private property you could run into some issues.

It is legal,however if you ask me it is a act of terrorism to promote war. And last time I checked if a country is at war there are no laws,so if we are going to protect whats ours we have to fight back.I think Americans are sick of being politically correct at this point.When illegals can break laws and expect us to pay for them to do so,enough is enough.Americans will either stand up and fight or get what is theres takin.I dont know to many who will surrender when they are pushed to that point,even the bleeding hearts,liberals and democrats will not be taken over.Thanks for your question,and Remember United we stand,God bless America!!!!!!!!!!

You should check with your local police! Some jurisdictions have ordinances or laws that prohibit "solicitation" by any means!
