Iusually get paid for this, but you seem so genuine I just could not resist the temptation to help you pass your test.
every night before you go to sleep take five minutes imagining you are taking your test, and everything goes perfectly.just five minutes every night visualising yourself taking your driving test, and it all goes just right.
After the third night ,dont just visualise yourself being succesfull on your test, but start to feel the emotion of being succesfull.
two things visualise for three nights, and then begin to feel succesfull as well.
put in the footwork, and good luck with your test, and remember a little nerves can help you be aware.

The way I got around this for my driving test was that I was sat in the test waiting room and was really worried. Then I realised...Being nervous and scared would only counteract my driving skills and make me flustered and affect my decisions on the road. So think positive once you get in the test car. Pay attention and drive defensively (I.e. if you're unsure, slow down or wait for a larger gap in the traffic etc.)

Rescue Remedy - available frm health food shops and probably chemists.
Or try New Era Kali.Phos. which is number 6. Again enquire frm Health food shop.
Just think that you will either pass on the day, or pass on another day!
Good luck! My daughter is doing her first test in less time than you. She had one booked before Xmas and it was cancelled on the day due to fog!

just think of it like this - you can always take it again and it will have absolutly no impact on your future like exams etc. I actually quite enjoyed my drivin test! Basically if you fail take it again - its not gonna be the end of the world. If all else fails you could try the whole imagining your examiner naked thing!lol. Good luck!!! x

Ask your doctor about an exercise routine. Regular exercise, such as walking three times a week, may reduce neuropathy pain, improve your muscle strength and help control blood sugar levels. Gentle routines such as yoga and tai chi might also help.

Treat it as another lesson, once you think its a test thats when you become nervous. I treated mine like it was just a lesson and never worried if I failed, I could always retake it. I passed 1st time!

I would agree with clare s beta blockers really do help. they stop all the physical manifestations (sweaty palms tremor palpitations) they do not cause drowsiness and your mental state remains on alert which it needs to be to perform well- can't take them tho' if you are asthmatic
