NO although I think someone can still carry a baby that has been implanted and fertilized already.

Once you stop having a period I don't believe you can get pregnant UNLESS you are undergoing fertility treatment. That is how most of the older women get pregnant. I personally don't think it is that safe to do but medicine has advanced so much that almost anything is possible these days.

I believe there are ways medically to induce peroids again. But why in the heck would a woman want to?? Why not just adopt?

No you cant it's imposible because if your not on yuor cycle there is no egg for the sperm to connect to and you can not have children!
