i seen have problem install the Ntl Netguard on my other desktop which i insatll it be4 and has to reformat the pc and trying to install in again and it Not letting me intstall as Ntl web helpline is blooy useless, has anyone has this probelm? could do with some information get round it Thanx

My advice is to get rid of NTL as soon as possible, they are the biggest load of idiots i have ever come across.

People do say a lot of bad things about NTL,but i don't think they are that bad.However the problem you are having could be properly solved by using one of support line which is entirely free and understandable if you listen attentively.
Secondly how you sure you did not temper with your system during re-formatting?
