Oh yes. I have a few bottles of bubbly that are that old. They're still good as long as they're not corked, although I've never seen bubbly become corked.

In reality though, bubbly is not really meant to be collected. The young ones are supposed to be "better". Whatever, I like it just fine after a few years.

no remember if it is classic Champagne, then particular, no remember if it is purely non classic cuvee, then its a perchance, because of the fact the non classic, is produced to "drink now" classic, being greater efficient high quality, ought to keep longer, If it`s M & C`s "status Cuvee...Dom Perignon, it is going to keep for plenty longer. relatively the only replaced into you will discover out if it`s drinkable, is to open it and style it,it is going to style of Butterscotch (that`s the Chardonnay grape) and a sprint especially spiced (thats the Pinoy Noir and Pinot Meuniere grapes) that are the only 3 grape sort allowed to be grown interior the Champagne region i'm assuming which you're reffering to real Champagne, and not what the yanks call "kin"

Sure, it's safe. I doubt if the champagne is corked. It will stand up for quite a long period of time. So crack it and enjoy it.
