well first is a slight difference in how we perform our prayers, second is a debate about successors of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH, one group believes that the sequence that followed was incorrect, the other agrees with it. And then there are plenty of small things that are different, in essence we are all Muslims, Sunnis or Shietes, may Allah bless us all, peace

The difference is that Shiates believe that muslims should follow the teachings and wise word of Ali cousin of the prophet, once the prophet died because he was the natural leader afterward.
Sunnis believe only the prophet's wisdom and teachings were to be followed.
Of course besides all other teachings from the religious contingent at the time.

yes, lots of differences. shie bleive in IMAM ALI after Mumammed as a leader of muslims. and they dont belive in OMar and Abobakr and Osman as leader.
but Suni belive int this people.
and Shie belive in 12 leaders after Muhammed.

I have already answered this today and I am not muslim the shiat believed in a latter prophet after mohammed. called the hiden prophet they believe he will retern rather than Jesus at the end.
