My face is oblong but when my hair is shorter or up it looks oval. Other than that I don't have wide set eyes or high cheek bones or a big nose or chin. So what would look best on me. I want something modern, I have basically had the same hairstyle my whole life. Basic blunt or bob. I want something flattering and mature but yet stylish and easy to maintain any ideas?

If you can show a pic that would be cool.

The bob is very much in style right now. Bangs are also in. Think 60s hair: bangs and hair to your collarbone, or bangs and a short boy cut.

If you want a change though, you may want to try a razor-cut layered bob.

OK...I think that you should get side bangs!! They look really cool! You could also get a layer style but the bob might be to short! If you get bangs I don't think you should get just normal bangs unless you're like 11 or under! So have fun!

Layers are pretty much always in style. Also, something majorly in right now is the side-swept bangs. It's best if you have them cut to the length of your nose or a bit longer (think in between your nose and lips) so they can easily be swept to the side.
