when/where should a 23 year old take off his shirt?

its actually annoying now that i think about it when guys take off their shirts for no reason. the beach / pool= sure. baseball game- maybe. anything else, dont. it seems arrogant and like you think that your abs are so strong that you have to show them off so everyone knows. but if its appropriate than show em off baby!

You should keep your shirt on unless you're at the pool, beach, sauna, or some other area where minimal clothing is expected. In the comfort of your own home, feel free to run around buck naked if you feel like it (unless you've got housemates!). But in public places, keep your shirt on.

At the beach or in the privacy of his own home. Otherwise, it isn't appropriate to not have a shirt on for ANY age.

depends on who are around u
close friends/relatives is ok. business associates or similar people are a no-no for no-shirt outings!
shirtless on the beach is ok
and do it only ifu've got a good body to show off!!

Keep it on anywhere there's a sign stateing "Shirt/Shoes required" All other places, except maybe at your grandparents for supper (and similar formal gatherings) it shouldnt matter. Shirt at will...

It all depends if he has man breasts or not if he does then always keep it on, if not then if you are at the beach or outside some place where its very hot its ok.
