The best way is by sharing them with the one you love. Sometimes through the eyes of another we can see more clearly what is right in front of us.
God is Awesome. His creation is magnificent. The Beauty all around us from the tiny ant slaving away night and day to God's rainbow after a storm.,

you nailed it when you said peace and love.
Imagine opening up your heart to see all the wonders that are stored inside. Would it work? And more importantly, how painful would it be? To see and understand life and love is essentially to pry open the inner tensions of the mind and touch upon the sacred essence. My advice, go about it slowly and do it with patience, you don't want to damage a vital organ while doing it.
