Istanbul, Rize, Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon,Akcabat, Uzun Gol, Ayder Yaylasi, Zigana Dag, Samsun, Bursa, Izmir, Sirince, illica, Demre, Dikili, Cesme, Foca, Fethiye, Saklikent, Oludeniz, Alanya, Antalya, Side, Kas, Kemer, Kalkan, Dalyan, Dalaman, Ankara, Kirsehir, Kayseri, Eskisehir, Urgup, Goreme, Denizli, Manisa, Bodrum, Gumbet, Marmaris, Kusadasi, Konya, Edirne, Canakkale..

Im back in Turkey at the end of July for 2months and im not sure where i should go this year. Im definetely going to Bodrum but not sure where else i want to go.

I really want to go to Safranbolu and Amasya, as ive seen pictures and it looks like a beautiful place.

I love the beach, im not into clubs. Somewhere that feels like Turkey (when i went to Fethiye it was all British tourists that i felt like i was in England) And somwhere i wont get bored.

Is their any places you would recommend that you enjoyed.

Thanks heaps for your help..

Wow I'm Turkish and I didn't travel as much as u :D..Hmm u want beach and some history, huh?..How about Mardin?Sorry it hasn't got coast to the sea but famous historical stone-houses are there..Once my geography teacher said 'I couldn't go Mardin and I'm sad for it. I want to go there so much.'

Search Mardin on the Net. My geography teacher likes beautiful places, trust him ;-)

Here is some photos of Mardin (especially stone-houses) :

http://www.kolej.org/dergi/sayi73/gezi.shtml (it's Mardin's history but there are beautiful photos too)

But if u say 'No, I can't do without sea', then you can try Ünye, Zonguldak, Aydın, Mersin (Mersin has sea and history. For photos : http://ucs2007.mersin.edu.tr/?UCS=MERSIN)

oren, (o has got dots on it) been there last year felt like pure anadolu, beautiful beach, very clean air, only 2 bars were there and they make their own wines, only trouble you may get bored after about 5 days, as I did, part from that I would say Bodrum which you are already going also try ayvalik if you haven't been there yet I think it would be more suitable for you...have a lovely time..

Do not forget Amasra. Its a real paradise. I recommend u to visit there specially in spring. Walking in the streets under the rain is wonderful in Amasra.
