my husband had a terrible case of psoriasis. he was being treated by a dermatologist for a while with no results. each time he went to the doctor they were doing blood tests to check his liver reactions to the medications he was receiving. on his last trip he was reading a magazine in the lobby of the doctors office and it was advertsing a product called "Skin Zinc". It was a little pricey but it was 100% natural with no side effects to deal with. i went on line and ordered a 30 day supply for him. within the 30 days the psoriasis was almost totally gone. there is now always a bottle of this cream beside our bed for him to use each night on the small spots that he now calls "flare ups". this medicine has been a miracle for him. his condition has been almost totally under control for 3 years now. its available in cream and spray. we always have both for his convenience. his psoriasis was so bad that he even had it on the bottom of his feet. go on line and order this wonderful product. what have you got to lose? i hope it improves your life the way it has my husbands.

I had a 13 year history of psoriasis, though I was in good health otherwise. But these severe large, thick and scaly excoriated plaques on my neck, ears, trunk and limbs ruined the way I was leading my life. I would be with red, inflamed itchy skin for most part of the year and these silvery scales would seem to be erupting without any reason. To make matters worse, blisters would appear over already red and itching skin. It was living hell.

I was treated with various options but nothing seemed to be working. Some of the treatments that I underwent in this depressing period of 13 years included tar preparation, tropical steroids and anthralin. I was also given light therapy many times but everything I tried would give me temporary relief.

And soon, after a few days I would be plagued with the situation again. In one of those moments when I was completely lost I stumbled upon this website just by chance. I read it and felt that as if someone had put the story my life on this web page. I was thoroughly convinced that if ANYONE can cure me of condition, it would be you.

And was I right, or what. I started recovering within 3 days of starting this treatment. Something that had become a painful part of me for 13 years was actually getting healed! My ears are healed and my neck is smooth again!. I am a month into the treatment and I have never felt better in my life!

I was diagnosed with psoriasis at age 14 and now I am 36 years old. You can say that I have tried just about every medicine both approved by FDA and trial without much success. Examples include Enbrel, Humira, oral meds, creams, oils, salts, coal tar, etc and the list is much more extensive that I can't even remember all of the names. But recently after someone shared this video https://tr.im/psoriasisTreatmentsS6os everything has changed. My psoriasis completely cleared by putting these changes in place. I only wish I'd taken photos of before and after because it truly has been miraculous. I am getting married in Oct, 2015 and I am wearing a strapless gown that also shows my back and I am confident (not like before) that my skin will be soft and pretty vs red and flakey.

There is no cure I'm afraid.

Creams and sunshine!

ADDED: Sorry, should have (worded it better) said there are differing causes to the outbreaks of Psoriasis and the treatment won't cure it unless the cause of the flare up is resolved! It may mean changing lifestyle, diet, stress levels and any amount of other factors! See a professional dermatologist and heed the advice given by them! It may take several attempts to find the best solution for you and your skin type!

I have had psoriasis for 24 years now and I know its NIGHTMARE, the doctors and specialists have never done anything that has helped, infact alls they have done is scar my skin from the steroid cream they gave me. I have been clear for about 6 months now and when it comes back its never as bad. I take fish oils everyday and try and cut out caffine.Psoriasis is now thought to be due to abnormal t-cells working overtime.I get coconut oil from the health shop and use it on my skin and melt it for my scalp and leave it on over night and wash my hair in the morning it works a treat, sun light is good.If you get coconut oil make sure its solid like lard because if its not its not pure and it wont be as effective i also take evening primrose which has benefited my skin for sure. goodluck

So do i and i just got turned on to oat meal baths, I swear today by them and take two or three baths a day just for fun. But the milky and silky feeling I get while bathing in a nice soothing hot tub man I go to Heaven all the time. Try it just put about a cup of dry oat meal into a nylon stocking or an old sock and drop it in the tub while filling tub. At times of filling tub squeeze sock to release oat meal milk and sit into the hot tub after wetting urself completely use sock to rub milky excrement from the sock onto ur entire body including head and hair. Rub well and just sit. Do not, I repeat do not rinse off after bath just towel dry ur self by blotting dry not rubbing dry and watch and feel how different ur day will be. I love it.

I have psoriasis also, on my lower legs. Any trauma makes it flare up and that includes, shaving, dryness, cold exposure, scratching etc..its always worse in the winter. My skin gets dry, I scratch and it flares up. I have to keep my legs well moisturized. Eucerin cream is a good one. That helps so I dont get so dried out. I hear stressed does make things worse, but so does alcohol. Sunshine and moisture helps it clear. I have also heard having a humidifier in your bedroom or house helps also. Good luck.

i have psoriasis too, the creams don't work for me either, although the sun helps, it doesn't take it away completely. I've heard of cortasone shots, and actually taking a medication by mouth but i haven't seeked it out. I should, as 40% of my body is covered in psorisis, but i'm dealing with depression and agoraphobia, they say that stress can trigger psorisis, so watch your mental health, and diet.
