I sent he a note and I know he knows I like him cause my friend toldme. But he won't talk to me about it. Should I just talk to him about it? Or wait untill he talks?

is he shy? if he is, then approach him. but don't ask him directly like "do you like me?" go fishing.
if he's the opposite of shy, well, you really shouldn't talk to him just yet.
