how do you stop two girl dogs from fighting?

the oldest 10 years old is very jelous and does not want me petting the other dog 2 years old, and will not even let the other one play with toys even though the oldest dog has about 20 toys I buy them one each she the cocker spainal takes both oldest is cocker spainal and the other is pomarainian,they are not spaded would that help any if they were,thanks for any advice,

Spay them! Then they have less desire to compete with each other. It should be done regardless of the fighting.

if they are already fighting, water works better than anything else. Throw it on them and it will break it up. If they just don't get along, can't help ya
