I do not think Bruce Willis dreams about me very often.

In 99% cases NO, becoz the dream is a play of our own mind and it is our mind which makes the dream for us.

If there is a lucid dream, and it turns to OBE and we decide to visit our near and dear...then that person would see the dream as if talking to us in dream

aboslutely,
well, it depends on what kind of dream it is!
if it is sleep dream /trance, I have seen at least two PROPHETs who also saw me and seemed to acknowledge my presense.
There are beliefs taught by Historian Glenn Kimbal, that a library exists in heaven, that people dont read books, like we have a library here on earth, but we 'experience' the lives of people as recorded like a virtual reality.
I have had many of these types of expeiences as well while i am dreaming. Nowadays I think I experience what "THESE" people want me to experience. So It is agreable to me to let them Cut and Paste their real life situation into my dreams. However it really hurts sometimes to re-live the moments of their death, and i usually dont know what the message is.
but YES it is possible to see other people even as they see you! however it is my opinion it is more RARE than remote veiwing others.

I used to dream about my ex all the time (when we didn't talk or speak for nearly two years)...and I started dreaming about him alot at the end of the two years and he came by my work out of no where and told me that he felt me in his dreams, like I was reaching out to him. He said it felt spiritual. He was like "I don't know how you did that but you did" and now we are working on reconciling! :) yay
