Anything that is "natural" has an expiration date and probably needs to be in your refrigerator. If you want a moisturizer with "botanicals" you can find many at your local beauty supply or health food store. However, a good 100% natural moisturizer would be water, vitamin E, and honey.

The aloe vera plant is a natural moisturizer. If you grow some, you can just pick it fresh and use it as that.
