Ok, so basically there is this girl that i am falling for, i've known her for half a year or so now, but we just recently began talking on a nightly basis. I would be going out with her now, but the only thing i'm worried about is that i am 17 1/2 and she just turned 14 a few months ago, she's also still a midde schooler (8th grade) and i am a senior, which i don't really want to open up to my friends, as they would most certainly make fun of me.

I really like the girl though, and am absolutely not looking for sex in the relationship, i'm to scared to have a baby or anything like that till i am out of college, and hold a steady job. I've met her mom before and she seem's like a nice person, and i've talked with her a few times and she's always been nice to me, so should i start going out with her?

You and her could have a valued friendship but reality is that she is much to young and immature for a fella your age. And your wise enough to recognize that your friends and society in general would look at this relationship and laugh. Go out and find a girl closer to your own age and allow her to do the same. Sorry for sounding so down on this possible relationship but that is what I think.

Im sorry but in 6 months your gonna be 18, for an 18 year old adult to be going out with a child of just turned 14, it doesnt look good, and well i can gurantee you dont want to be put in the pedo catagory. If you like her that much wait till shes 16.

You are playing with fire! Don't look for any kind of serious relationship for 4 years or more. If you recognize the problems involved with school, job, etc., already you have a heads up on why the relationship could be harmful. DON'T even try to go out with her. Just keep it a friendly arms-length relationship

!st thing, ask yourself, are you looking for a relationship or just purely like the girl?? I would suggest you to calm down, think it through and see how things progress. Meanwhile, keep an open mind and don;t give yourself too much worries, let anything go on naturally.

im 15 and my bf is 19 ok if u like sum one age should not matter unless one of the partner in the relationship is not mature enough for the ages but yes u should date her as long as u r happy and she is too u should not care what ur friends think because that could mess up the relationship

Yes, do what is best for you. You can't call someone a friend if they are making fun of you just because you are happy. Stop worrying about others and think more about what makes you happy.

Not til she turns 18 cuz if anything happens you'll be doing time in the pen. Good luck though.

That's a little young to me.
Now if you were 25 & she were 22 it would be little different. By then you would have had a little heartbreak already, but she really needs time.
