I am looking to change my phone service from tesco (billing probs) to another service provider. I've looked at U switch and toucan seem to have a good deal. Are they any good, in terms of custom service, getting my bill correct, sorting out any problems, etc?

first of all contact ofcom at www.ofcom.co.uk explain the problems that you are having with tesco they regulate all service providers they will investagate your problem and get that resolved.....
as for toucan there cust service is not the best they have alot of call centres outside of the uk which does not help if you have any problems because of the language barrier!!!

It take quite long to get connected because of the demand but I think it's worth it. It depend what service you want from the provider.

Dont know what they're like but I know their call centre is in India because they bombard me daily will cold calls trying to get me to change my service from BT - very irritating !!!!!!!!
