You need to rethink your 'love' for your girlfriend. Everyone goes through a stage where they are tempted but how much you really love your gf is determined by how you handle this situation. If you think the grass is greener with this other girl then go for it, but be man enough to finish with your gf first. No one likes a cheat!

what i would do bc im in the same situation if the girl doesn't understand that you have a gf and you need time to think about then she isn't worth it. i would just talk to the girl you work with find out things about her and if there are things that you don't like about her then just let her go. but if your happy with your gf then don't even try noting with the girl you work with. sometimes people are in relationship and see some that they think they like its sometimes is a temptation. like ill tell you my situation im seeing this guy i work with he has a ff but i know he isn't happy with her she has a kid and she cant have anymore kids bc of the complication she had with her kid. and they hardly see each other and they don't even have sex so he is miserable with her this weekend he is telling her he don't want to be with her. my point is if there isn't noting wrong with you and your gf then please don't fish for other fishes.

Easy. Invite her out with fellow co-workers after work. Both get drunk and see how she behaves. If you screw up blame it on the alcohol and youre in the clear if your GF is cool.
