!An adjective is a word that describes a noun in two ways: how many or what kind. I just went over this with my fourth grader, so, let me think. New, Nice, Noteworthy, nimble, nine, nineteen, ninety, nine hundred, etc, for the numbers (how many), As to what kind, almost any word starting with an "n" could do. Nude painting, the north field, the new blanket, etc. Hope this helps.
Good luck! :)
