at these two guys and I wanted to kill them. I have to practice this song for a concert at my school and I was over half done when they cut me off. What would you do?

Be more specific with your question. Was this a once in a life time thing (cutting you off), or they just happen to be there. Can you practice elsewhere? Are you all in the concert and where you all practicing at the same place (tell a teacher).
Use your brain and common sense and please don't ever consider killing anyone for you take life and cause pain to those that don't deserve it and it puts you in jail to wit saddens your parents and friends and brothers and sisters (though I bet you where only figuratively speaking). It's not that bad, find some place else to practice and MOVE ON to better things (like the concert)

A teacher should have done something about that. Talk to whoever is in charge of the concert.
