The other day I woke up feeling very very fatigued. I stood up and felt like I could throw up so I rushed to the bathroom. On the way there I had to stop for suddenly I became a little hot it was harder to breath and I blacked out I almost fainted, I couldn't see a things until I layed down and my vision came back but I was very very weak. This happened everytime I stood up. It was like I was fainting but it stopped when I layed down. I was week for a couple days afterward, very fatigue. This was just a part of my life about a year ago, I felt this way every day, I was weak and stuff. That was when I was a vegetarian. But the other day it came back and I dont' know why? My friend says it's because I skip meals sometimes but why do you think this happened? And why was I always like this about a year ago?

Easy, you need to eat more. When you're blood sugar level gets to low you will naturally experience dizziness and fainting spells. Your vegetarian diet must not have been properly balanced. You are now experiencing the same symptoms because you have become remiss in ensuring you body is getting enough iron, calcium, protein, potassium, magnesium, etc. etc. etc...........Your body is your temple, treat it nicely only you have to live there!!...............Cheers..:)

sounds like a combination of low blood sugar,(common in the morning) and dehydration. You haven't enough volume to keep the blood in your brain when you stand up, it literally falls to your feet. Suggest you have a snack before bed, like a slice of cheese and a wedge of apple. And increase your fluid intake to at least 2 liters a day.
