Ladies, what is the difference between a 'player' and a jerk who sleeps with you and you never hear from him again? Or is there a difference?

OK...so what if the guy told you his intentions from the get go. Told you he just wanted a casual relationship but couldn't offer anything serious. Is he still a jerk or a player?

A player is very smooth...he can act like a gentleman, and treat you like a princess, make you feel special for more than one-night. But he does this to many women at one time. A jerk is a man that you have a one-nighter with that treats you like dirt from almost the second he pulls out of you. He got what he wanted and kicks you to the curb without so much as a thanks.

Players are jerks, but not all jerks are players. Some guys like to "play" women...they'll date many and have each of them thinking she's "the one"...some guys date, have sex or not, everything seems to be going well, but then they just disappear (jerk).
Neither are desirable folks to waste time on, but unfortunately we typically don't realize they are "that way" until it's too late.

In my opinion, a player doesn't hide the fact that he is going after a one night stand. The jerk, well yeah, those will catch you off guard everytime.

Players get played. Jerks tell and lie and usually the lie is a big one about very small sickening one night stand.

There isnt a difference really. Besides maybe the girl is expecting more out of the jerk.

usually a player really doesn't care and a jerk don't care but they show that they do. but there really isn't a difference because they really don't care they just want to get something whenever they can.

players are for one usually hot and everybody else knows they are a player
jerks arent usually hot and they are rude and dont care bout your feelings a player kind of has a heart and you both know it is just sex

there is no difference, there both trash and not worth it. at least, that's my opinion.
