Dellacolour in all probability is fabricated around a Turkish OEM chassis such as the 11AK37 chassis (even some Toshiba's use this chassis) so if all you want is a user manual then the manual for a £250 Tosh, a Bush or even an ASDA Dual will do. The chassis service manual is available through all good TV service guide outlets. The chassis model number is usually found on a silver plate on the back of the TV and is tucked away in either the bottom left or bottom right hand corner of the plate.
