I'd like to spend $20-$25 and I don't want to just get her a gift card. If anyone has any ides, I'd appreciate hearing from you.

Why don't you take her and the two of you gets manicures and lunch together it will be fun. the manicures are only like $15.

The manicure idea is a GREAT one. Otherwise, how about a little gift basket of beauty products? A basket or some other container you can get at the dollar store. Fill it with some nail polish and a file, some bubble bath and scented lotion and a bath pillow and maybe a good book or a CD. Something to make her feel indulged a little.

I asked this for my daughter's birthday and ended up asking her what she wanted. Someone here suggested a mother/daughter day at a spa. That would be way above that $20-$25 price range but a mother/daughter manicure and lunch sounds fun.
Or do what I did, ask your daughter - Mine wanted a Tamagotchie and some books - it turned out to be so easy.
edit to add: Haha, I didn't see that first suggestion until after I posted. Sounds like it is a popular idea!

1. Manicure or pedicure
2. Set of nails
3. Hair styling
4. CD's
5. Tanning sessions (if parents approve)
There's all sorts of things all depends really on what she is interested in.

4)Shirt
5)A dvd of a movie she loves
6)Or put the money in a card and give it to her

buy her the "in" style today like jeans with some embroidery or
a tee with midriff over jacket

if she's a girlie girl and likes things like this, then i say something from bath and body works. you can't go wrong with something like that unless she's a tomboy.
