So this guys I am hooking up with pretty regualrly said to me the other night when I asked if I could stay over that I should know I don't need to ask him......so what does this mean?
I mean I know what it lituarlly means but does it mean he wants me there whenever I want to be there?? Or am I over thinking this like usual?

You are kind of over thinking this but all us women do that, its only natural.
Anyway this is great that your new man seems open to your relationship building. He is saying that you don't need to ask him because he sees you as someone who doesn't need to ask permission from him.
Of coarse he wants you to be there when you want to be, no doubt he wants you there all the time but not to seem over bearing he wants you to be there when you want to be. Its nice, so enjoy it while it lasts.

It just means that he wants you there and you should not have to ask because you should feel comfortable enough just to say im staying, its a step forward in the relationship i suppose as he wants to share his home with you. xx
