Ethiopia already has, read the news. And when you think about it, you can't quite "invade" Somalia. One state invades another state, and Somlia is considered a collapsed state, so no invading possible. Anyhow Somalia isn't the threat that N.K. is so the whole question seems moot to me. .

Yes, it's far softer, and the brave, armed to the teeth against the odd bow and arrow, soldiers desperatly need an enemy that cannot inflict the pain back.

Not directly. They will use Ethiopia and the warlords to do their dirty works.
But, if the question is 'will they screw up Somalia?', the answer is definitely 'yes'. It also brings fewer media attention than Korea, so I agree that Somalia is a softer target for them.

china,IE not an easy target for the USA.The US only go
