No, I only wet my toothbush and turn off the faucet that way i don't waste water for two minutes while brushing. When i am done i turn the water on to rinse.

Personally I don't. I usually brush my teeth for three to five minutes though (a little obsessive). I use warm water to rinse my mouth and toothbrush, so I am careful not to let the water get too hot (which sometimes happens in this old house).

I let my cat drink the water coming out of the faucet while I brush! It is our special morning ritual!

Nope, definitely not. I consciously always try to be environmentally friendly. I realize there are many people who leave it running, and they probably haven't given it much thought. I encourage everyone to give forethought to all of actions daily to help preserve our limited resources. The Earth's human population is far greater than ever in prior history, and we all are responsible to do our part.

I let run long enough for it to get warm. My teeth are to sensitive to rinse with ice cold water. Once it gets warm I turn it off until I'm ready to rinse. Why would you leave it running for the hell of it? That's a waste.
