Have the guts to NICELY tell him to leave you alone, and tell him what that specifically means (no more phone calls, asking you out, etc.). If that doesn't do the trick, tell him he's now legally harassing you and that you wouldn't want to have to file charges.

Don't toy with him or entertain his hopes. Tell him you do not want to be bothered with his jealousy and you will never want him again as a boyfriend ever. Stop being friendly to him, get nasty if you have too. Belittle him and laugh at him at every opportunity. He will soon get the message. If file a report with the police. Try for a restraining order. Good luck!

Just break out in raucous laughter everytime he asks you to go out...after a time or two asking "What the hell is so funny?!" he'll feel so crushed and confused, he'll steer clear of you completely and probably never speak to you again!
