Are you looking straight down at your book? If so, it could be a sinus headache. Read looking straight ahead.
Are you studying for hours in the same position? It could be a tension headache. Get up and move around every 15 minutes, then when you sit back down, study in a slightly different position.
It helps to take an aleve or two with food an hour before you study.

sometimes it just nerves try leaving the study stuff and homework and watnot and go outside and get some fresh air.just chill out for a couple of minutes..or eat or watever.it heelps stay concentrated for long periods of time.

It may be stress or it may be eyestrain. Rule out eyestrain first. That close up work gets to a lot of us.
