So, I broke up with my ex boyfriend two weeks ago. It was over something stupid i.e. Myspace. People (his girls for friends and his cousin) were saying very neagtive things about our picture that we had taken together. Such as "Eww" and "Uh, no" So you can imagine I was very angry and then he said "I don't see how this is going to work out" and I finally just ended the reltaionship! Big mistake considering it was my first realtionship, I'm 18, and I still really care about him and possibly love him. And Then I appeared at his house the other day and he acted very angry and I tried to talk things over and I asked "Will we ever date again?" and he said "probably not" but then he called the other night and we were talking like regular friends and I asked if we could hang out and he said it would be too soon. I asked why and he said "Cause old habits would return". Please HELP! I don't know how to read him and I want to know if you guys think there is a chance?

Guys are usually open and honest you don't have to guess what they really mean. It sounds like he doesn't think there will be a chance, give it up and grow up some before you get another relationship. You shouldn't have got mad over that...

there is a reson why you broke up with him....i would just say have a night out with your girls spot some hot guys and look for someone new to like...and when u talk to hot guys on im make sure u know what you are saying so you dont lose them

It sounds to me like its over. Learn a lesson that you should not act as quickly and think before you speak or learn to deal with the consequences. If this is your first relationship, then don't sweat it! You will have many more that are much more fulfilling. Every time you take a risk to let something go, something better will come along.

Guys like girls who play hard to get.. Try not be available all the time for him...Pretend as if you are enjoying urselves and make him jealous if he comes around then maybe he really likes you and wants to continue..If not you are better off without him..

Maybe he just wants to be friends for now. So just give him some space and time. In the meantime just do you for a little bit and see what happens
