Exercise helps warms you up.
I ran across the same thing a few years ago. I have lived in Alaska most of my life and the cold really didn't bother me until a few years ago. I just started doing things differently. Always wore gloves, a warm coat, boots, etc. You would be surprised how the little things help. I started wearing warm socks instead of those thin nylon-like things. I watched what clothes I bought and found that many of my pants were light weight and the cold just went right through them.
So just think about what you wear when you go out. Around the house wear sweatshirts and warm pants.
Good luck. Spring will be here before you know it.

Cover your head.A simple cap will not do for this purpose.A head covering of a woolly material will do better. Then wear socks of woolly or any thick material.Doing these BOTH will prevent escape of body heat.In addition wear suitable winter clothing.
Sometime ago I visited a city where the temperature had fallen to 4 degree C,I wore clothing made out of Thermocot. It worked well for me,you could try it out.
Also drink a glass of warm water with honey & a dash of lemon.
All this should do the trick.
If these methods fail then you could try taking a bath with cold water. It sounds crazy, but if you do this then you aren't going to feel cold anymore.
Good luck !

Find a friend that likes to cuddle. Buy a coat. Move somewhere warmer. Build a fire. Turn on the heater. Go to a sauna. Fire up the barbecue grill and cook some steaks. Jog in place. Jog around outside. Go to the mall and walk around. Buy a nice cup of hot chocolate. Drink some coffee. Get a lap dog. Get a cat. Sit in your car and turn on the heater.

Put more warm up clothes on, and electric bracket at night. Just don't let your feet get cold, then you would get sick afterward. Put some socks on. Turn up the heat!!!
